Methodology

Ohio P.A.S.T. will go into a location with the intent of disproving paranormal activity rather than trying to prove it.  Whatever evidence is left after we debunk everything will be the evidence of paranormal activity.  Whenever we catch an EMF (electromagnetic field) spike, we look around to see if we can find other reasons for it instead of instantly calling it paranormal.  Whenever we hear a sound or see something we will immediately try to find the cause of it and use all available resources to duplicate it.  If it can be duplicated we must throw it out as evidence.  There are too many pictures and videos that claim to have captured orbs when in fact all that was captured was dust, a bug, or moisture in the air.  We will not present any evidence of orbs.

Ohio P.A.S.T. MethodologyIt is not Ohio P.A.S.T. place to decide if a place is haunted.  Ohio P.A.S.T. will perform the investigation and present all evidence to the client so that they make that decision for their self.  Just because there are paranormal things going on in a location, does not mean it’s haunted.  Paranormal means “not normal”, so it’s possible to have situations that are not normal that are not created by spirits.
